Alec Lee
(Sam) is thrilled to be making his official NYC debut! Originally from Knoxville, TN, Alec studied theatre and music at Denison University in Granville, OH where some of his favorite roles included Princeton in Avenue Q, Marius in Les Misérables and Robert in The Drowsy Chaperone. Most recently, Alec trained at The New York Film Academy in Musical Theatre and Film Acting, appearing as Melchior in Spring Awakening and George in The Wedding Singer. Endless thanks and love to my stellar family, friends, and mentors for your persistent support in an unpredictable world!

Rebbekah Alson (Suzanna) is thrilled to be a part of this production. While earning her B.A. from Boston University, she performed with the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and the Huntington Theatre Company. Other theater credits include Beezus in Ramona Quimby  (Theatreworks USA/Two Beans), Miss Dorothy in Thoroughly Modern Millie (Merrick Theatre) and Princess Christine in The Little Mermaid (Players Theatre). Joshua Dobkins.  Josh, a BFA Acting/Directing graduate of Rockford University, hails from Illinois.  Since arriving in the Big Apple, Josh has appeared in 2 original shows: The Lips of Innocence (Josh) and Diary (John).  Some of his favorite past credits include: Book of Days (James), No No Nanette (Tom), Columbinus (AP), The Boys Next Door (Barry), and You Can’t Take it With You (Tony).  Josh is very excited to be working with Katie Pettit again; as well as this great production team and cast!

Jade Genga is a graduate of The University of Mississippi, having recently completed her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and her B.A. in Psychology. She most recently performed in My Fair Lady with Ocean State Theatre Company, I Could Never Love Anyone under the choreography of Katharine Pettit (NY), and Connections: The Musical under the direction of Douglas Hall (NY). Her previous university theatre credits include The Laramie Project, The Drowsy Chaperone, Rent, The Crucible, Marisol, Avenue Q, Urinetown, and Spring Awakening. She has also worked as a dancer for Hasbro Toys and Hinge Dance Company.

Jody Hinkley, originally from New Orleans, was mostly recently seen in the world premiere of Moving Right Along: the World of Jeff Blumenkrantz at Manhattan School of Music where he received his masters degree. His other credits include Into the Woods (Jack), A Little Night Music (Henrik), Bernstein’s New York (Gaby), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Bun Foo), and Grease (Doody)

Michael Jones.  MJ is very grateful for the opportunity to join the cast of YNOML and bring this exciting new show to Theater for the New City. He is also thrilled to bring another production to life under the direction of Katie Pettit. He most recently appeared as Delray in Midtown Art Center’s Memphis and favorite roles include Richie (A Chorus Line), Robert (The Drowsy Chaperone) and Man 1 (Songs For A New World).  Thanks to God and his family for their love and support. www.mjactor.com
